These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Topshelfpep website and the purchase of products offered by TOPSHELFPEP INC. By accessing this site you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the site.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution and that you are 21 years of age or older.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud or product unavailability.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we accept returns only for unused, unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded.
Returns, cancellations, and refund timing are set out in full in our Returns and Refund Policy, and processing times, destinations, and damage or loss claims in our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. No Warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the products is capped at the fees actually received from you. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Accounts
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
9. Governing Law
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action.
